The Oleo-Mac Electric Chainsaw OM15E is a lightweight saw suitable for general domestic uses, such as chopping firewood, light pruning and small-scale DIY jobs. Performance levels exceed those of similar saws thanks to its high chain speed, which not only saves time, but also ensures a clean, accurate cut.
The OM15E has been designed with operator safety to the fore, incorporating a palm-operated safety switch which prevents it from starting up accidentally, a dual braking system which includes both an inertia brake and a second patented system which immobilizes the chain in the event of ‘kick-back’, and a thermal overload cut-out.
