The Einhell BG-PM 40P Hand-Push Petrol Lawn Mower is powered by an easy-starting 3.5hp four-stroke engine, which is quieter, cleaner-running and more fuel-efficient than similarly-rated two-stroke power-units. Its lightweight construction (24kg), relatively narrow 40cm cutting-width and hand-propelled design make it highly-manoeuvrable, so it will prove a great choice if you’ve got an awkwardly-shaped lawn.

A flexible machine, the Einhell BG-PM 40P is equipped with a throttle control and three-stage cutting-height (32 – 62mm), allowing you to set it up to suit the grass conditions. A hardened steel blade ensures a neat, clean cut; and a large-sized 45-litre grass-catcher allows you to get more done between stops (the collector is made from fabric for space-saving storage).

Other features include a safety-enhancing engine cut-out bar, which stops the engine (and therefore the blade) when it’s released; and a folding handle, which works with the fabric collector to save space during transport and storage.
