Its powerful and highly-dependable Briggs & Stratton 850-series engine drives a variable-speed transmission. This gives you instant control over the ground-speed, making it much easier to manoeuvre the mower when negotiating trees, shrubs and garden ornaments.

This outstanding lawnmower has been built to last. Its rust-resistant aluminium-deck, ball-bearing wheels and cutter-blade friction-disc all combine to ensure you'll still be getting the most out of your mower a long way down the line (the incorporation of a cutter-blade friction-disc has prompted Hayter to offer a lifetime guarantee against crankshaft bending).

Dealing with different weather conditions and grass-types is not a problem for the Harrier 56. Its eight-stage cutting-height is centrally-controlled, allowing you to quickly and easily select the most appropriate blade-position.
