Returns

We follow UK Distance Selling Regulations which say that you can return anything you buy within 14 days of delivery for whatever reason.

Either e-mail returns@garden-machinery-select.co.uk or write to Garden Machinery Select at Brick Kiln Lane, Morningthorpe, Long Stratton, NR15 2LH.

You pay for the cost of sending it back unless the machinery was defective or delivered in error, in which case we pay.

If the machine has been used and then returned during the 14 days, the refund will depend on the condition and any damage from use, cosmetic or otherwise.

Returned items must be in the original packaging as if they are not and other packaging and other collection services are needed, then you pay the extra costs.

We send out refunds as soon as possible but no later than 30 days. You are responsible for looking after the machine until we collect it. The same applies if you want to bring it back to us yourself.
